The Bijuu
Name of Bijuu: Sanbi no Kame (Turtle)
Physical Description of Bijuu:
First and foremost, the sanbi, as expected of most bijuu, is incredibly large, towering at around 100 meters tall. As expected, the Sanbi no Kame is a three tailed turtle. It has a shell, three tails, and powerful red eyes. The Sanbi's carapace is a seafoam greenish color, and it's plastron is ridgey and red. One of the most notable aspects of the Sanbi is that its body is incredibly sturdy. Out of all the bijuu, its physical defense may be of the strongest. In addition to its shells diamond-like hardness, its skin is very thick as well. Over its thick skin, when in battle it will secrete an additional layer of chakra to defend itself.
The Sanbi's crimson eyes are an additional feature that can aid it in battle. The intensity of a glare from its eyes can paralyze an average person in their tracks, at which point the Sanbi will, without hesitation, devour its subjects. During battle, the feeling of the chakra that is secreted from the demon alone is enough to strike fear into a rank shinobi; the fear of drawing a breath, making any shallow movement, or even blink. For these attributes, combat with the Sanbi is of a whole different caliber from what most shinobi will ever experience.
Personality of Bijuu:
One of the first things about the Sanbi that easily distinguishes it from the other Bijuu is it's lack of intelligence. The Sanbi is unable to communicate with humans by speech. It does not understand language and is not capable of thinking at a level high enough to learn to speak as are the other bijuu. Like many other animals, the Sanbi really has only one interest... Food... However to quench its unquenchable appetite, it will act violently. On many occasions, it has been known to sink humongous ships, eatting all of the passengers alongside the sunken ship. For this reason, it has become feared as the Demon of the Sea.
The Sanbi no Kame, compared to most other demons, is much more tractable within it's jinchuuriki. So long as the jinchuuriki feeds the demon with blood, it will not complain too much within the jinchuuriki. However, with their particular seal, Sanbi and Ai feel a strong connection, both, emotionally and physically. Therefore, Ai can also feel the Sanbi's hunger and vice-versa. In exchange for Ai quenching its hunger, the Sanbi is willing to lend Ai its power.

The Shell:
This ability is very similar to the natural ability of large tortoises. As a tortoise grows new skin, it pushes its old skin over its new skin to create a thick layer of protection for potential dangers such as cactus thorns, which it needs to eat on a daily basis. In the Sanbi jinchuuriki's case, when the Sanbi senses danger coming toward its container, it will force chakra to secrete from the jinchuuriki's pores. This chakra will then solidify, creating a layer of the Sanbi's own skin on top of the jinchuuriki. This layer of skin is incredibly thick and heavy. Therefore, mobility is hindered as a result, although it is heavy, flexibility is not sacrificed.
When secreted, the sanbi's skin is visible as a seafoam green color; however, it can be camoflouged should the jinchuuriki prefer that the enemy not see the extra layer of protection. This layer of the Sanbi's skin makes for a very well-insulated type of protection, defending the user from many taijutsu attacks and a range of ninjutsu. This does not, however, protect the user from chakra blows, or techniques that channel chakra through the jinchuuriki, such as the jyuuken fighting style.
Suiton Precision:
This ability most simply allows her to control water with precision and an advanced level of control. She is able to gather water from the environment around her much more efficiently than many others... And although it is not a kekkei genkai, it is something that cannot be learned... It is a natural talent due to the bijuu, and it is a rarity to have such a strong connection with the water element. The ability to be able to feel the water in the surrounding environment and to utilize it. This precision is so strong that should she need to, she can utilize water found within non-moving objects, such as trees.
Sacred Water:
Another ability of the Sanbi Jinchuuriki, Ai, is the ability to create a Sacred Water infused with the Sanbi's chakra. Ai can take any small amount of water and release a bit of the Sanbi's chakra into it by simply touching it and allowing chakra to flow into the water. Once inside of the water, the chakra will make no apparent changes to it's appearence, although someone who has the ability to sense chakra may notice it.
This special water from The Sacred Water allows its consumer to have a large increase in chakra, strength, and stamina for a short period of time. By drinking drops of the water, the consumer of the water can increase their fighting ability drastically. Unfortunately in exchange for this power, the water also eats away at the consumers life as the drinker's body isn't accustomed to handling large amounts of the Sanbi's chakra. After consuming the water, the drinker will excrete a visible teal blue chakra, just as the Sanbi Jinchuuriki's.
.125 Pints - Virtually unlimited chakra for 1 post. After the effects of the water wear off, the consumer will only have a quarter of the chakra that they had when they initially drank the water.
.25 Pints - Virtually unlimited chakra for 2 posts. After the effects of the water wear off the consumer of will be totally drained of their normal chakra.
.5 Pints - Virtually unlimited chakra for 4 posts. After the effects of the water wear off, the consumer will find themself paralyzed and unable to move.
.75 pints - Virtually unlimited chakra for 8 posts. After the effects of the water wear off, the consumer will pass out.
1 Pints - Virtually unlimited chakra for 16 posts. After the effects of the water wear off, the consumer will die.
The water can be drinken consecutively, however when that happens, the consumer must drink the beverage in the same post as the end of the post where the effects of the water are wearing off in order to avoid feeling the effects. Additionally, it builds up, so for example, if someone has consumed .75 pints and the effects are wearing off and they drink the final .25 pints, they will only have 8 more posts with the effects of the water rather than starting over and having 16 posts.
The Tail Releases
Jinchuuriki-Form: (15% Chakra Release)
This form grants Ai some measure of Sanbi's chakra. This form typically emerges when Ai becomes enraged or fatigued. In this form she is surrounded by the Sanbi's chakra and is able to move more quickly, use more chakra draining jutsus.
In this form, she can be very frightening. The teal blue chakra flows around her and her eyes gain the ability to cast a frightful glare toward any opponent which can paralyze normal person with fear. Even though she does go through a few changes in this form, for the most part, she remains her normal stature and can use her normal jutsus. This amount of chakra is released mostly to give her enough energy to keep fighting in a battle when she is running low on energy. She looks mostly like her normal self surrounded by a visible teal blue chakra.
One-Tail Form: (25% Chakra Release)
In this form, Sanbi no Kame grants Ai even more power, causing the teal chakra surrounding Ai to boil and bubble before it solidifies around parts of her body. In this form, it becomes visible that the Sanbi is part of her, as she bears uncanny resemblance to the demon. Although Ai remains the same size, a miniature version of the demon’s shell forms on her back. Due to the weight, she is forced on all fours. In addition to the shell, she also gains a tail. Ai is able to move it and extend the tail to strike offensively, or to hold it in front of her to use it defensively. In this state the shell acts as an impenetrable defense against incoming attacks as it serves as a type of armor coat over her back. Other than the shell on her back and the tail, she looks pretty much the same.
Two-Tail Form: (45% Chakra Release)
In the second tail form does not go through any change in size, however, she begins to resemble the Sanbi much more. Her eyes turn red with yellow pupils, as are the Sanbi’s, and her skin takes the same greenish-blue color. In this form in addition to the tail and the shell she already has, she gains a couple more of the Sanbi’s attributes… As she stands on all fours, her legs become plated with the Sanbi’s spiky greenish-blue shell like structures. She also gains an extra tail.
In this form, speed is not her best attribute, however, her defense is much higher than it was in any of the previous forms. Getting through the shell on her back or the plates on her legs is near impossible… Although she does have a few places on her body that still remain vulnerable, such as her face, and her chest and stomach which are not covered by a shell… Also, in this form, her raw power is much higher than it has been previously.
Three-Tail Form: (60% Chakra Release)
In the third form, Ai does not change as much as she did in the transitions between her earlier forms. In addition to gaining the final tail, half of Ai’s face (the left half) will become an exact replica of the Sanbi’s face, while the other half looks the same as Ai’s normal face.
Although she does not go through many physical changes, her amount of chakra changes drastically. In this form, her manipulation of water is much greater than it has ever been. She has the ability to effortlessly control large bodies of water, with the ability to create whirlpools, and make tidal waves. She also gains the ability to shoot large jets of water from her mouth. Although she remains unable to move quickly on land, in the water, she is able to move at unbelievable speeds.
Full Release (Jinchuuriki-Controled): (85% Chakra Release)
In the Full release form, Ai grows to the exact same size as the normal Sanbi, taking on its form and abilities completely… However, in this form, Ai is in control of the demon. Although, in this form, she is not utilizing all of its chakra, as a massive amount (15%) of her chakra must go into repressing the demon and stopping it from taking control.
Full Release (Bijuu-Controled) (100% Chakra Release)
In this form, the demon is completely released. If a person finds him or herself fighting this form, they are fighting the real demon. One Ai allows herself to slip into this state, she takes the risk of never being able to take control of her own body again, and becoming trapped in her own seal. After three hours of the demon being in control, Ai will be locked in the seal, where she will most likely never be able to return. The only way for her to gain control of the demon once again is if either the demon loses a fight (become unconscious) before the timelimit has expired, or Ai overpowers the demon with power of mind (although she is currently able to do that), with her spirit weakening every passing minute that the demon is in control.

Ai stands at 5'5" and weighs in at 120lbs. She can pretty much be described as a tall and skinny girl. She has long blonde hair with a red tint and shiny blue eyes. She keeps her hair well-groomed and takes pride in her appearance. She is always pedicured and manicured and will spend hours focusing on the way she looks, so much so that it is sometimes hard to believe that she is a kunoichi, although these facts may be part of the reason that she does not like to fight much and will often try to avoid confrontation and one on one combat. Her looks are also part of the reason that she takes so much pride in her ninjutsu, for she can use her ninjutsu to keep a distance between herself and her opponents.
Her eyebrows are sharp and one of the most identifying features of hers. Her eyebrows are nearly the best way to determine what she is feeling at any given time. When she is not trying to veil her true emotions, her eyebrows and her eyes are the windows to her heart. Her eyebrows are a little higher up than normal, dirty-blonde, shrap and pointed, and above all, they are thin.
She also takes a lot of pride in her hair. She makes her own shampoo which she uses every other day in her hair to keep it smelling nice (tropical scent), straight, and vivid with color, although she does have a problem with her hair, which is if she uses chemicals in it too often (More than once in a day), it will begin to fall out. It is for this reason that she will only wash it every other day, no more, no less.
One abnormality about her is that her tongue is abnormally long. Not nearly like Orochimaru's tongue, but when she sticks her tongue out, it is very noticeable. Her tongue is just large enough to touch the base of her chin. When she was a child, people use to always tell her that she had a long tongue. While the didn't exactly make fun of her for it, she became shy of it, and so attempts to never show its length. Because of this, she never licks lollipops in public.
Due to the seal that holds the Shichibi inside of her, on her stomach, there is a visible mark, indicating that the Eight Divination Signs Seal was used on her. When she utilizes the Shichibi's power or is angry, this seal will begin to glow orange. If not for that, it would be very difficult to tell that she were a jinchuuriki. Due to the tightness of the seal that locks the bijuu within her, she does not show many physical similarities to the bijuu, nor does she take on many more of the Shichibi's physical attributes when calls upon the bijuu's chakra.
When it comes to fighting, she will go through all necessary precautions to make sure that her face is not injured in the fighting. Although people are free to make their own opinions, Ai believes that she is beautiful, and will not allow anyone to change this belief of hers.
As for her clothing, she often wears a pink wool cotten sweater with one black stripe going horizontally across the sweater, and a black stripe going vertically down the sweater, just left of her turtle-neck collar. She rarely takes this sweater off, even during the summer time, but underneath it, she'll wear a variety of t-shirts or tank tops, but they hardly ever matter as she'll rarely take off the sweater. She also wears really short elastic pink cotton pants, which match her sweater. The pants go only a couple inches below her waist. On the rim of the pants is a black line. Additionally, she wears long cotton pink stockings that extend above her knees. These stockings have horizontal black lines that are about three inches thick. On her feet she wears pink shoes that fit her tightly. They do not require laces, and so do not have them.

As a baby at the orphanage, she became rather spoiled after the Mistress, Kiari Yamashita, adopted Ai as her own child. She had taken a liking to Ai that was much more like that of a mother than an instructor or an average caretaker. She liked Ai especially because her higher than average intellect and cunning. By the age of three, she was speaking at a level much higher than what was average. By the age of four, she was a mathematical prodigy, a young genius. Calculus was her play and calculating derivatives and solving differential equations was nothing more than a game for her. Kiari pushed her to taking an I.Q. test because of this, and the results were mind-boggling. Her I.Q. was scored to exceed 185.
As she grew up, the other orphans detested her considering her the spoiled rich-daughter of the orphanage's mistress. Not all of this rancor toward Ai was unwarranted. She had become a brat to the other children. She was a tattle-tale, and a jerk to the other children. Ai had no friends and attested that she needed none, however, in reality, she was a lonely little girl who sought for nothing more than a friend.
As time passed, she convinced herself that she needed no friends, that she was better off alone. Other children were jerks, and that was just simply the way things were. She could not get along with a single one of them, and confronting them outside of adult supervision would result in nothing other than bitter quarrels and subtle altercations, although the other children in the orphanage would never mess with her too much because of her unique status at the orphanage as the daughter of Kiari Yamashita. Even though what she wanted more than anything else was a friend, she would not allow herself to reevaluate her own personality; she could not.
The evident leader of the possy that ridiculed her was an 8 year old boy named Ian Metarushi. She detested him more than anyone else whom she had ever met, and alternatively, he felt the same way about her. He would always criticize her for her abnormal mathematical hobbies and lack of friends, and she would fight back with massive string of insults most often centered around his inferior intellect. In the end, to him, making fun of her meant very little to him. Ai was weird, and because of this, was just simply the easiest one to mock. The end result however was very bitter feelings on Ai's side, and perhaps a small trace of resentment on Metarushi's side.
Eventually, her frustration caused from the other children's continuous mocking became intractable. She was determined to get revenge on those other children, with a plan, no matter how intricate. She wanted to make those other children pay for mocking her, more specifically, Metarushi, her sworn enemy.
Her plan wasn't entirely brutal, and indeed, it was more like a childish prank than a devious plan of malice, however Ai thought that it would be more than enough to get even with him. One night, when the orphanage cook was baking brownies for the children, she was able to slip in a small pouch of bacteria virus containing the chicken pox which she was able to swipe from a college near her neighborhood and effectively poison the children.
It was great.. She enjoyed seeing them the next week, scratching themselves in extreme discomfort... She hadn't spared any of them.. Every child in the orphanage, except for Ai had the chicken pox, and she herself was able to avoid the disease by taking an anti-virus, which she had gotten beforehand. She watched as they slept in the bed squirming... And laughed... Ai's victory was short-lived however. It wasn't long before they realized what had happened... It was rather suspicious from the start.
After being confronted about the issue by Metarushi about the issue, she told him of exactly what she had done. She wanted to gloat about it... She wanted him to fear her... But that was not the case... The next day on her way home from school, she was jumped by Metarushi and the rest of his friends... They planned revenge... A violent retaliation... Much unlike what she had expected... Out-numbered 5 to one, the group thrashed her, and beat her without cease for what felt like the longest 3 minutes of her life, until she finally passed out, or so she thought.
When she finally woke up, it was at the orphanage in her bed… Her mother was crying… Kiari confronted Ai with the sad truth. Metarushi and the four other boys were dead. Ai killed them, brutally. It was then that Kiari told her... That she had a unique control over the water element... She had noticed it ever since Ai was little. Even when she was a baby, when she would get angry her excess chakra would cause the water around her to boil… Her chakra collabarated well with water.. The truth was that when she was under attack by all of those bullies, her anger pulsated and she manipulated the water to attack them with her chakra without control.. However this burst of energy depleted her chakra, at which point she passed out, awoke, and wasn't able to remember anything of the incident. Kiari had been aware of Ai’s abilities all along, however, now she knew that it was out of her hands. Ai was to be sent to the Konohagakure Shinobi Academy to learn how to suppress and control her affinity over the water element.
With the guilt of killing five of her peers, regardless of the fact that they were jerks, she could not bear hanging around at the orphanage any longer. It was time for her to go to the ninja academy, and she did not mind leaving; not that it was a choice. She was to go to Kirigakure, and she had no choice in the matter, nor did she need it.
From the time she entered the Hidden Mist Village, she was constantly under the watch of special shinobi forces. She had no privacy, even though they did give her the illusion that she did. Ai was given an appartment by the order of the Mizukage, and she was also spared money for her allowance. Her apartment wasn't big, being only 25 sq. feet, excluding the mini-bathroom. It was on the second floor of a three story building, #205. The apartment wasn't lavish having only the essientials, a bed in the living room, a small television across from the bed, a table with a single chair near the upper left hand corner of the living room, with a refridgerator across from it. Next to the fridge there was a stove and an oven, with cabinets above it to store what little silverware she did have. Next to that, a sink. The apartment was unmistakingly meant for one person, as there was only one chair and a bed.
She lived in those conditions for four years before she actually joined the ninja academy at the age of 7. The ninja academy was not fun for her, although she did not particularly dislike it. She was an outsider. She simply did not enjoy being around the other shinobi, nor did she enjoy studying with them. Every single class period, she could be seen sitting in the back of the class, away from the rest of the group. Her teachers noticed this, but paid her little attention.
Her marks were especially high in ninjutsu, and taijutsu, intellect and planning, however her marks in cooperation were depressingly low. She had no skills with group work. In kunoichi classes, she refused to do any of the activities, as the majority of them she deemed as stupid. For this reason, she also got low marks in spying and infiltration. Ai cared to talk to no one... No one except for her mother.
During this time period, she never stopped writing to her mother. She felt as though her mother were the one person whom she could share her inner-most feelings with. However, as it had been years since she had seen her mother, she was beginning to unintentionally feel as though her mom was an inanimate source of knowledge and guidance rather than a physical being mostly because she hadn't seen Kiari Yamashita since she was a child.
When she was 10, just before the genin exams, an unfortunate tragedy occurred. Her mother had fallen ill with a rare heart disease. This effected Ai deeply. If she had not kept to herself enough before, now she was in complete solitude. She missed the genin exams and only sulked around in her apartment for an entire three weeks, a point at which the Mizukage decided it was necessary to send his young kunoichi home to visit her mother. He didn't have a choice. She was not a productive shinobi in her state. She would have to go home and stay with her mother until she either got well, or passed away. However, rather than just sending her home and allowing her to lose her shinobi skills, the Mizukage assigned a Chuunin Trainer named Haiyosouru Namikaze to serve as her sensei every once in a while so that when she returned to the Hidden Mist, she would be ready to be assigned to a genin squad.
After some time of training with her, he noticed that she seemed to have a natural affinity for utilizing the Suiton element. Because of this, he handed her a piece of parchment which, when she touched it and channeled chakra through it, would indicate what her element was. Indeed, as expected, when she touched it, it became we with moisture, indicating that they were correct, she was a water user.. Although peculiarly, he noted, that it became incredibly damp, more so than when most shinobi of the water element touch it.
As time went by, her mother's health returned and it was time for Ai to return to her home in the Hidden Mist. She was saddened by this, that things would return to the way they were before, and that it may be a few more years before she see her mother again, but she understood that, learning to control her powers in the Hidden Village was an obligation; it was her resposibility. Because of this, she returned to the village, waiting to take her role as a Hidden Mist Genin.
